One day @ Paris

Just when I got addicted to one day trips around Europe, the last agency visit was a fact. To finish in style, we took the Thalys early in the morning to have time enough to explore the city centre. First stop was the cathedrale 'Notre Dame', were we prayed to have a supergrade for our in-company project :))). Afterwards walking along the river 'La Seine' before going underground to catch the subway to the agency located outside the city centre. In the evening we passed by the neighbourhood 'Montmartre', to suck in one of the best views on Paris!

Dublin

Even we went for 2 days to Dublin to visit the local agency, we did not find that much time to explore the city centre. Most of the time we were sitting in a cab, using public transportation, observing questionnaires and having meetings. But still it is a great opportunity, even when the nice part is restricted to having after meetings in the central park :))

Tuinenpad @ Gent

Dérivé on a sunday afternoon in the city centre, enjoying the sun and the nice atmosphere. Surprised by the initiative 'Tuinenpad' of the department culture and monuments of Ghent. A walk throughout the city, where you could discover private city gardens and old historic city palaces. One of them "Hôtel d'Hane Steenhuyse", hidden in the main shopping street.

I think I found my new home in Gent :))

One day @ Lausanne

Doing an in-company project at Toyota Europe in Brussels does not mean only cruising between Gent and Brussels, we (Katrien and I) have to spend some time tripping around in Europe. After the visit to the local agency of Austria last week, it was time to visit the local agency of Switzerland. Thanks to our beloved secretary we could fly business class this time :)))
